Former racing greyhound grace was found roaming in a bush last month and had two large cuts on her chest and her leg but fortunately she was found and taken to Rotorua SPCA where she was stitched up by a vet.
Grace has now been welcomed into a new home which is perfect for her as the owner has another greyhound dog that was rescued in the past. The two dogs are getting along very well.
The owner said that as soon as they met they clicked and had a great connection. He also said that grace was suitable for their family and fitted in well.
